Professional Web Hosting
Talk to people in the business and you will get a different opinion about who is best at hosting websites and selling domain names. Chances are, they are all correct for their specific needs and reasons. We recommend GoDaddy for smaller website requirements because their costs are so darn low and they do provide 24 hour support (we know, we have called them at 2 am on a Sunday Morning to help us resolve glitch). We know thy provide back up services going back through the history of your hosting (we know this because a client deleted an entire director and found he needed it back more than a year later and GoDaddy was able to restore it for $100). Does GoDaddy offer the fastest uploads / downloads with the Broadest pipeline, perhaps not, but less than $10 a month you would be hard pressed to find any one who does. Throw in al;l the additional services and functions that you can get out of the ox with GoDaddy, and it all adds up to an extreme value.
For larger companies that determine faster speeds are required, we recommend you research local IT Infrastructure companies that have a handful of customers and a broad pipeline to the net. These companies provide fast hosting solutions and in the $50-100 per month range. The only other option is to keep the website in house utilizing your internal IT Resources, but I would only recommend this to larger companies with dedicated IT personnel who will update and maintain the server for protection from hacks and viruses, otherwise you will only experience nightmares and headaches.
